Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in crafting high-quality large-format canvas maps, including personalized pieces made just for you. Below you'll find our return and refund terms, designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with European consumer protection laws.

Standard Products – Return & Refund

If you've purchased a non-personalized map, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, with no pin holes, in its original condition, and packaged securely.
• You must notify us of your intent to return within the 14-day window via email or our contact form.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For Personalized or Custom-Made Maps

Due to the nature of customized products, returns and refunds are not available unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a production error (e.g. incorrect personalization)

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem

We will either:

• Replace the item
• Offer a partial or full refund
• Or provide an alternative solution

Quality Guarantee

All our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law. If your map develops a fault not caused by misuse or wear and tear, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
