Free Shipping Across the EU

We offer free standard shipping to all countries within the European Union. Whether you're in Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, or Vilnius — your map will arrive safely, without extra delivery fees.

Packaging, Tracking & Restrictions

• All orders are shipped in secure, eco-friendly packaging
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your map is dispatched
• We do not ship to PO boxes — please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right

Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized maps take a little longer to prepare — typically 3–5 business days after clients approval received. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
